Titan Coeus
Coeus is the Titan of intelligence. He is primarily known for his descendants a son of Uranus and Gaia. with his sister Phoebe, Titan of Brilliance and the Moon, Coeus fathered Leto and Asteria. Leto and Asteria represented the branches of prophecy. Leto and Apollo reign over the prophetic power of heaven and light. Asteria and Hecate reign over the prophetic power of night and the dead. Coeus and Phoebe presided as the primary origin of all knowledge. Leto copulated with Zeus and bore Artemis and Apollo. As with the other Titans, Coeus was overthrown by Zeus and other Olympians. After the Titan War, he and all his brothers were banished into Tartarus by Zeus.
Given that Phoebe symbolized prophetic wisdom just as Coeus represented rational intelligence, the couple may have possibly functioned together as the primal font of all knowledge in the cosmos. Along with the other Titans, Coeus was overthrown by Zeus and the other Olympians in the Titanomachy. Afterwards, he and all his brothers were imprisoned in Tartarus by Zeus. Coeus, later overcome with madness, broke free from his bonds and attempted to escape his imprisonment, but was repelled by Cerberus

Combat: Coeus is the inveterate stalker, preferring to use his remaining powers over animals to spy upon potential opponents long before he actually confronts his foes. When Coeus does choose to confront them, he does so while cloaked in his Blessings of a Million Forms. In this manner, any being that can see his true nature dies quickly. Coeus prefers to scatter his opponents whenever he is cloaked, using the surrounding wildlife to his advantage in order to slaughter them, but typically also leaving one or two of them alive in order to spread his reputation of terror. Coeus takes special pleasure in killing servants of the Olympians whenever he can find them in the most brutal and painful manner possible, or using personality parasite to implant an aspect of his own foul mind into one of his victims, and then setting them loose so they can act in accordance with his sadistic will.
The greatest danger for potential opponents of Coeus is if there is among them a being that he is otherwise unfamiliar with. In such a situation, he will use psionics to slowly dismantle their minds, various fear effects in order to probe their responses, and then kill them by showing them his true form at the end or resorting to physical violence if necessary, in order to add their knowledge and their form to his personal archives.
When Coeus is in his true form, he typically wields Death of Tranquility, a hideously powerful psionic weapon said to have been crafted by extracting fear from living beings and transmuting it into a unique alloy in a manner similar to quintessence. All beings struck by Death of Tranquility must make a Will save 35 or else experience vivid and worsening hallucinations of their worst fears, eventually reaching the point where the unbearable terror becomes lethal to his victims, forcing them to make a second Will save 35 or else die from fright one minute later. Death of Tranquility is a soulbreaking, colossal +5 silver greatsword which also melts into his form whenever he shifts form as described in the Blessings of a Million Forms.

Caster level 60th; save DC 22 + spell level. The save DCs are Charisma-based.
Prince of Terror (Ex): Between Coeus former status as the Titan of Intelligence and his bizarre experiments into the nature of fear, Coeus has acquired the following powers:
The Face of Fear: The sight of Coeus in his true form has become utterly terrifying to lesser beings due to the stains upon his soul. Any being that sees Coeus in this manner must make a Will save DC 61 or else die in terror. The fear that Coeus exudes due to his phenomenally extensive misdeeds has seeped so deep into his being that even scrying for him using methods that may produce an image of his true form may still prove lethal, forcing beings to make a Will save DC 51 or else face the same fate.
Horrific Aura: Beings that come within 60 feet of Coeus in any form must additionally make Will saves DC 51 or else become panicked and flee from him for 1d10 rounds in a random direction; considering the innate hazards of Coeus dominant environs, this is sometimes just as lethal as Coeus efforts. Even if the save is successful, this only protects the living for 1d4 rounds, at the end of which period targets must make the save again at the same DC. Coeus may choose which beings he does and does not wish to be vulnerable to this aspect of his Horrific Aura. Unless he is specifically trying to catch one being or acting stealthily, he almost never does so.
Blessings of a Million Forms (Su): Before Coeus joined his brethren in eternal exile, he was one of the most accomplished shapeshifters out of the entire Ancient Titans. He retains this power through his Blessings of a Million Forms.
Coeus may shapechange into any animal, humanoid, magical beast, or monstrous humanoid once a round. As long as he is shapeshifted in this manner he may speak with other creatures of the same type as himself as if he had cast the appropriate spells.
Furthermore, each round that he speaks to such creatures, he gains a +2 competence bonus on attempts to ensure their cooperation through the use of Sense Motive or Diplomacy up to a maximum bonus of +10 after five rounds. At the end of this period, he has studied his target creature to such an extent that all of his communications to them may charm or make suggestions to them as the spells mass charm monster or Mass suggestion. Coeus retains his knowledge of such beings for a week after he has studied them; afterwards, he must engage in the same procedure to restudy them.
Fourteen times a day, Coeus may additionally see through the eyes on any one beings of the same species that he has shapeshifted into if it is within a two mile radius of himself. Beings with either an Intelligence of 9 or lower, or fewer than 20 HD get no saving throw against this application of Coeus power. Otherwise they must make a Will save DC 51, and Coeus may use beings in this manner for up to seven rounds.
Coeus possesses Divine Rank 0 and currently may grant spells from the domains of Bestial and Mind Furthermore, Coeus is treated as a unique creature with regards to summoning attempts like the spell gate.
Psionics (Sp): Coeus manifests powers as a 40th level Telepath and may expend his psionic focus in order to manifest as a 48th level Telepath. Coeus may use 643 power points in a single day and knows 36 powers. Coeus may manifest 10 epic powers per day with a Psicraft DC of 114. Saving throws against Coeus powers is DC 25 + relevant augmentation + power level. The saving throw DCs are Intelligence-based.
