Poison Expert (Ex): Cheshire learned the craft of poison making from the legendary “Spiting Cobra”, Kruen Musenda. His ability at this craft is only surpassed by Poison Ivy. She gains several benefits from this expertise.

- Any poison or disease created by Cheshire has a minimal save DC of 19.
- Cheshire often coats her fingernails with deadly chemicals and creatures who take damage from her unarmed attacks are also affected by the poison. If a Cheshire successfully deals damage in an unarmed sneak attack or in a critical hit, the save DC to resist the poison is increased by +6.
Cheshire has used several types of toxins through the years, with various effects, including higher DCs, the ability to cause almost every single status condition imaginable, and ones that affect different ability scores.
A Treat Injury check (DC 28) is required to successfully treat Cheshire’s poison without the antidote. A successful opposed Craft (chemical) check against her allows one to create an antidote if none exists.
