Omega Red is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, most commonly in association with the X-Men. In 2009, Omega Red was ranked as IGN‘s 95th Greatest Comic Book Villain of All Time.

Carbonadium Coils Two coils of carbonadium alloy have been installed into both of Omega Red’s arms and anchored to his carbonadium-laced skeleton. Along with his extreme strength he can inflict incredible damage to targets using the tentacles. Attacks with his tentacles are considered adamantium and bypass armor-based DR and hardness. With his coils Arkady has a natural reach of 15 feet. He can grapple with them at a +8 bonus, and he recieves a +5 bonus to attack and damage rolls with his coils.

Death Pheromones Omega Red has the mutant ability to emit lethal pheromones from his body (death spores). These spores result in the weakness or death of humans in his near vicinity. The severity of the effect is based on the endurance, health, and relative proximity of the victims. Normal humans would be killed in a matter of seconds of exposure, while beings with heightened endurance can withstand it for minutes or hours.

Anyone within 10 feet of Omega Red must make a Fort save (DC 32) or suffer 2d6 points of Wound damage per minute. Those who fail this save by 5 because exhausted, by 15 are rendered unconscious, and those who fail it by 20 die immediately.

Omega Red can release or stop his spores as a swift action..

Healing Factor Omega Red possesses a healing factor similar to that of Wolverine or Sabertooth. This allows him to rapidly heal from any injury which, combined with his extreme durability, makes him a nightmare in combat. In addition to his healing, he derives a number of other benefits:

• Immunity to all diseases and poisons with a DC under 25. He receives a +10 to save against all other disease and poisons.
• Rossovich ages at an extremely reduced rate. For every five years that pass, he ages roughly 1 year.
• If Rossovich receives a saving throw against any Fortitude effect for half damage, and is successful, he suffers no damage. If he fails, he suffers full damage.

Lifeforce Drain Omega Red possesses the mutant power to drain the life force of others through the coils within his arms. As he drains energy from others, he becomes stronger and heals faster. Anyone grappled by Omega Red’s coils suffers a negative level per round if they fail a Fort save (DC 32). For every level he drains he receives a +1 bonus to strike and damage and 10 hit points.

KGB Training Arkady is a former serial killer and has been highly trained by the KGB. He received further training from his time in the Japanese underworld and is
extremely formidable in combat:

• Bonus feats as a fighter of his HD.
• Sneak attack +3d6.
• Unarmed strike as a monk of his HD.

Superhuman Strength Rossovich possesses superhuman strength and can lift 4 times more weight then his Strength score indicates.

Drawbacks

Omega Red used to require draining life force on a regular basis to survive. He no longer suffers from this ailment, however.

Possessions

Carbonadium Armor Rossovich wears a suit of heavy body armor made of carbonadium. It provides him with DR 25/-.
