Blue Beetle (Ted Kord)

Theodore Stephen Kord is the second Blue Beetle, a superhero who was originally published by Charlton Comics and later picked up by DC Comics. This version of the character was created by Steve Ditko and first appeared as a back-up feature in Captain Atom #83 (November 1966), with Gary Friedrich scripting from Ditko’s conception and plot.

Stun Gun
Blue Beetle has a nonlethal projectile weapon. It deals 4d6 nonlethal sonic damage with a ranged touch attack (60 foot range increment). Anyone taking damage from the gun must make a Fortitude save (DC 24) or be stunned for 1d6 rounds.
As an alternate use of the gun, it can fire a flare. Those within 40 feet of the projectile when it strikes must make a Reflex save (DC 24) or be blinded for 2d4 rounds and dazed for one round.
Martial Artist
Ted Kord is a highly trained martial artist. He gains the unarmed damage and bonus feats of a monk half his level as well as a +2 bonus to attack and damage while fighting unarmed.
