Legendary Resistance (3/day): If Morpheus fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Actions

Divine Strike. Morpheus can make a weapon attack with his favored weapon. On a hit, the target takes 20 (3d8 + 10) bludgeoning damage and 20 (3d8 + 10) psychic damage.

Infinite Dreams. Morpheus can cause all creatures within 120 feet to fall into a dream-like state, as if affected by the sleep spell. Creatures immune to being charmed or immune to the unconscious condition are unaffected. This ability lasts for 1 minute.

Legendary Actions

Morpheus can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Morpheus regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

**Dream Shift:** Morpheus targets one creature within 120 feet and causes them to fall into a dream, as if affected by the dream spell.

Dream Projection: Morpheus creates a dream projection of himself that lasts for 1 minute. The dream projection can move and take actions as if it were Morpheus.

Divine Healing: Morpheus regains 50 hit points.

Dreamscape: Morpheus creates a dreamscape within a 120-foot radius. The environment becomes surreal and dream-like, and creatures within the dreamscape are affected by the dream spell.

Illusory Terrain: Morpheus alters the terrain within a 120-foot radius, creating illusions of obstacles or traps.

Nightmare Manifestation: Morpheus summons a nightmarish creature within a 120-foot radius to attack his enemies.

Morpheus’s presence can have a profound effect on the surrounding area, warping reality and distorting dreams. These regional effects can include:

Distorted Dreams: The dreams of creatures within a 10-mile radius of Morpheus become distorted and twisted, affecting the dreamer’s waking life.

Reality Warp: Reality within a 10-mile radius of Morpheus becomes distorted and unpredictable, causing random effects and illusions.

Divine Blessing: Worshipers of Morpheus within a 10-mile radius gain the ability to cast dream once per day without expending a spell slot.

Nightmare Summons: Creatures within a 10-mile radius of Morpheus have a chance of being attacked by nightmarish creatures in their dreams, causing exhaustion upon waking.

Dream Sight: Creatures within a 1-mile radius of Morpheus can see into the dreams of others as if using the scrying spell.

Divine Presence: Morpheus’s presence can inspire awe or fear in creatures, depending on their disposition towards him. Creatures within a 120-foot radius must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 30) or be charmed or frightened for 1 minute. Creatures immune to the charmed or frightened condition are unaffected.

Divine Intervention: Once per day, Morpheus can intervene in the course of events to shape the outcome. He can choose to succeed at any one task or action that he could normally attempt, regardless of the difficulty or improbability of success. This ability cannot be used to directly harm another creature, but can be used to influence events in a way that benefits Morpheus or his goals.
