Government Feudal absolute monarchy The Kingdom of Naples comprising the southern part of the Italian Peninsula.
Ferdinand is gifted with great courage and real political ability, but his method of government is vicious and disastrous. His financial administration is based on oppressive and dishonest monopolies, and he is mercilessly severe and utterly treacherous towards his enemies.
Ferdinand has many enemies, especially considering his kingdom’s importance to other rulers, and he is ruthless in response to any perceived slight. Currently fiercely plotting against Pope Alexander VI, realized that the pontiff will not secure his position.

Besides hunting, which he practices regardless of all rights of property, his pleasures are of two kinds: he likes to have his opponents near him, either alive in well-guarded prisons, or undead embalmed, dressed in the costume which they wore in their lifetime. Fearing no one, he takes great pleasure in conducting his guests on a tour of his prized “museum of of the dead”, comprising of sentient undead undergoing various tortues.
