Mongul

Mongul is a fictional supervillain that appear in comic books published by DC Comics.
Writer Len Wein and artist Jim Starlin created the first version of the character, who debuted in DC Comics Presents #27 (Nov. 1980). Jerry Ordway created the second version, who first appeared in Adventures of Superman 454 as the lord of Warworld. He was later embellished by Peter Tomasi and Scot Eaton in Showcase 95 issue 8.
Debuting in the Bronze Age of Comic Books, Mongul has been featured in other DC Comics-endorsed products such as animated series, video games, a direct-to-DVD film, and merchandise such as action figures and trading cards.

Improved Mettle (Ex): As improved evasion, but with fortitude saves.
Warlord: Mongul possesses the powers of a fighter equal to his HD. He also recieves usage of his Stunning Fist feat, as if he were a monk equal to his HD.
Any of Mongul’s troops recieve a +4 morale bonus to attacks and saves when within 100 feet of Mongul.
