Harleen Quinzel, a former criminal psychiatrist who fell in love with the Joker and became his most famous accomplice. She wears the clothing of a traditional harlequin jester and affectionally refers to the Joker as “Puddin'” and “Mr. J”

Agile fighting
Harley gains an additional +2 Dodge bonus while fighting defensively. She takes no penalty to her Armor Class or melee attack rolls when kneeling, sitting or prone. Harley can stand up from the prone position as a free action that doesn’t provoke attacks of opportunity.
Fast Acrobatics
Harley can avoid the normal penalties for accelerated movement while using her acrobatic talents. She ignores the normal -5 penalty when making a Balance check while moving at her full normal speed. She can Climb at half her speed as a move action without taking a -5 penalty on her Climb check. Finally , she can Tumble at her full speed without taking the nomal -10 penalty on her Tumble check.
Steady Stance
Harley is not considered flat-footed while balancing or Climbing, and she adds a +10 bonus on Balance or Climb checks to remain balancing or Climbing when she takes damage.
Possessions
Harley wields an oversized novelty mallet, along with a variety of trick weapons. The mallet deals damage as a Large maul, and has a +2 enhancement bonus to attack and damage. Those struck by the mallet must make a Fortitude save (DC = 15 + damage dealt) or be stunned for 1d4 rounds.
