Poison Ivy (Pamela Lillian Isley)

Poison Ivy (Pamela Lillian Isley) is a fictional character, a DC Comics supervillain who is primarily an enemy of Batman. Poison Ivy deems herself as one of “the world’s most prominent eco-terrorists.” She is obsessed with plants, botany and environmentalism. Often described as fanatical about defending plants from human beings, even to the extent of murdering them. She utilizes toxins from plants and her own bloodstream for her criminal activities, which are usually aimed at protecting the natural environment. She creates love potions that ensnare Batman, Superman, and other strong-willed individuals. She is somewhat misanthropic and even mentions that she would like a world solely ruled by plants. Fellow villain Harley Quinn is her recurring partner-in-crime and potentially only human friend.

Control Plants
Ivy can command plant creatures and plants to do her bidding. An unwilling plant can make a Will save (DC 23) to resist her power.
Poison
Ivy is able to control the release of different contact and injury poisons from her body. A poison naturally manufactured from her body (as opposed to one created by a Craft check) always has a DC of 23. Poisons can deal up to 2d6 ability damage and one status condition. Contact poisons can be delivered with a successful touch attack. Some samples are included below.
Debilitating: Injury; 2d6 Dexterity; Nauseated
Deadly: Contact; 2d6 Constitution; Death
Enchantment (Will save): Contact; 2d6 Wisdom; Charm
Plant Blood
For the purpose of spells, powers and other such effects, Ivy is considered a plant or a humanoid, whichever would be most beneficial to her at the time.
Possessions
Ivy has a number of manufactured poisons on hand at all times. A few are listed below. This is not comprehensive. Ivy has special poisons with higher DCs, poisons which cause every single status condition imaginable, and ones that affect different ability scores. A Treat Injury check (DC 42) is required to successfully treat Ivy’s poison without the antidote. A successful opposed Craft (chemical) check against Ivy allows one to create an antidote if none exists.
- Type 1: Injury; Fort DC 19; Initial: 1d4 Dexterity; Secondary: Paralysis
- Type 2: Inhaled; Fort DC 22; Initial 1d6 Strength/Dexterity/Constitution; Secondary: 2d6 Strength/Dexterity/Constitution
- Type 3: Ingested; Will DC 27; Initial 2d4 Charisma; Secondary: transformation into a plant
- Type 4: Contact; Fort DC 17; Initial 3d6 Constitution; Secondary: death
Ivy sometimes employs a wrist mounted crossbow as well. The bolts are almost always tipped with Type 1 poison.
