Svartalfaheim

Svartalfheim the Dwarves underground Realm, it is also inhabited by the Svartalfar, the Dark Elves (Drow) , Duergar and Dopkalfar.

Dwarves were said to have arisen out of dead Ymir’s flesh, like maggots upon rotting meat. They burrowed underground, and most dwell there still. Regarded as being generally hostile to mankind and the Gods, and despised as being of grotesque and vile appearance, it was nevertheless conceded that they have no peers in the working of metal, crafting of devices, and cutting of stone and gems. The Dwarves are responsible for a number of fabulous creations.
