Donna Troy is a fictional superheroine appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. She is the original Wonder Girl and later temporarily adopts another identity, Troia. Created by Bob Haney and Bruno Premiani, she first appeared in The Brave and the Bold vol. 1 #60 (July 1965). Donna has been commonly featured in stories involving the Teen Titans, which she originally joined during their second adventure and is since depicted as a founding member of the team.
Donna has appeared in numerous cartoon television shows and films. She makes her live adaptation debut in the DC Universe and HBO Max series Titans, played by Conor Leslie.

Concussive blasts Donna Troy can manipulate energy to a small extent, allowing her to fire blasts of energy and create small shields.
Blast As a standard action, Donna can release a small blast of concussive energy, dealing 5d6 force damage and requiring a ranged touch attack (30 foot range) to connect.
Shield As an intense action, Donna Troy can create a shield that absorbs all incoming attacks. This shield has 100 hit points and disappears as soon as Donna gives up her intense action. If the shield is breached through hit point damage, Donna is dazed for one round. (No save)
Amazon Trained Raised from birth to be a fierce warrior, Donna Troy gains the bonus feats and unarmed strike of a fighter and monk of her hit dice. She also possesses a +3 bonus to attack and damage while using a sword, staff, spear, axe, bow or when fighting
unarmed.
Multiversal Donna Troy is the sum of all of her multiversal incarnations, granting her proxy status. Her nature makes her resistant to reality altering attacks. She adds her Charisma bonus to her saving throws, and receives a +10 resistance bonus to saves against any negative energy or antimatter based attacks. (Including energy drain and death attacks)
Superspeed Level 5 (Ex) The following benefits are provided from Superspeed level 5:
- +5 speed bonus to AC, reflex saves and initiative
- +5 speed bonus to attacks
- +2 speed bonus to melee damage rolls.
- Donna may make 5 swift actions in a round.
- Donna reduces the amount of time to complete an action by 1 step, allowing her to take full round actions as standard actions and move actions as swift actions.
- Characters with less than Superspeed level 2 are considered flat-footed for the purposes of Donna’s attacks. Characters with Uncanny Dodge have an effective Superspeed Level equal to their Dexterity modifier for this purpose.
- When using the run action, Donna moves at 10x her normal speed.
