Actions
Multiattack. Juturna can use her Fount of Life ability and make two Spear attacks.
Spear. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (1d8 + 17) piercing damage plus 14 (4d6) radiant damage.
Fount of Life (Recharge 5-6). Juturna unleashes a geyser of healing water in a 60-foot cone. All creatures within the cone must make a DC 28 Constitution saving throw, taking 60 (20d6) radiant damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one. Additionally, all allies within the cone regain 100 hit points.
Legendary Actions
Juturna can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Juturna regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Healing Touch. She touches a creature, restoring 20d8 hit points.
Create Water. She creates a volume of pure water within 120 feet of her. The water falls as rain in a 30-foot cube centered on a point within range.
Mystic Waters. She summons a wave of mystic waters that wash over a target within 120 feet. The target must make a DC 28 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by Juturna for 1 minute.
Divine Artifact
She possesses a magical, ever-flowing fountain that can be used to heal the sick and rejuvenate the weary. Those who drink from the fountain gain the benefits of a Greater Restoration spell and are healed for 100 hit points.

- A shimmering pool of healing water appears within 60 feet of Juturna. Any creature that drinks from the pool is healed for 50 hit points and gains the effects of the Lesser Restoration spell.
