Form of Madness: Those who are subjected to Louhi ’s form of madness take 2d6 points of Wisdom damage. Will DC 40 negates.

Spell-like Abilities: At will – blasphemy (DC 30), charm monster (DC 27), dismissal (DC 28), greater planar ally, greater planar binding (DC 31), greater teleport, suggestion (DC 26), summon monster IX, telekinesis (DC 28), unholy blight (DC 27) Caster level 34th

Spells: Louhi casts spells as a 25th level conjurer and 25th level beguiler. Her prohibited schools are enchantment and illusion. She has a +4 bonus on checks to overcome Spell Resistance and as a swift action can recall 6 spell per day that she has previously cast.

Wizard spells per day (0-13th): 5/8/8/8/8/7/7/7/7/6/3/3/3/2 Caster level 25th, DC 22 + spell level (23 + spell level for Conjuration)

Beguiler spells per day: 6/9/9/9/9/8/8/8/8/6 Caster level 25th, DC 22 + spell level

Epic Spells developed: animus blast, bind Graz’zt, crush life, infernal agent (12th level).

Summon Demon (Sp): Thrice per day, Louhi can summon a demon with no more than 25 HD. It remains for 2 hours before leaving.

Cloaked Casting: Louhi’s spells have a +2 bonus to DC when cast against a flat footed opponent and automatically overcome that opponent’s Spell Resistance.

Thaumaturgy: Planar allies called by Louhi with helpful attitudes are willing to work for one half the normal cost. Fanatics are willing to work for one-tenth.

All spells (and spell-like abilities) from the summoning subschool cast by Iggwilv have their duration doubled. This can stack with her Extend Summoning feat, which triples the duration.

Louhi can cast a summoning spell ahead of time and attach a triggering event, as per the contingency spell.

Louhi can call a planar creature to act as a permanent cohort. Her current cohort is Tuerny the Merciless, a powerful nalfeshnee wizard.

Possessions:

Louhi possesses the ring of the loumara, which allows her to turn incorporeal at will as a standard action and grants her immunity to acid, electricity and fire and resistance to cold 30. All of her spells are considered transdimensional and all of her attacks are considered ghost  touch while wearing it.

She wears the crown of the obyrinth, which grants her immunity to mind affecting, fast healing 10, resistance to acid, cold, electricity and fire 30 and a form of madness special attack.

She has the sash of the tanar’ri, which bestows immunity to electricity and poison, resistance 30 to acid, cold and fire, 500 foot range telepathy, and allows her to summon a demon possessing no more than 25 HD three times per day.

When worn together, the minor artifacts grant her damage reduction 20/good, lawful and cold iron, Spell Resistance 40, blasphemy and greater teleport at will and a +10 bonus on Intimidate checks. When only two are worn, they bestow the Intimidate bonus but no others.

Louhi also wears the Torc of the Witch Queen, a potent epic item that provides a +8 enhancement bonus to all mental ability scores and functions as a master ring of counterspelling (holds up to 9th level spells, 3/day can cast spell reflection as an immediate action).

She wears undergarments that function as a double strength vest of the archmagi.

She wears a pair of bracers which grant her a +10 attack bonus on touch (both melee and ranged) attacks.

She employs a mighty wand that functions as both an epic runestaff of power and a staff of the magi. Unlike typical runestaves, epic runestaves allow unlimited daily usage of their powers. Because it is in the shape of a wand, she cannot use the weapon like properties of either staff. Iggwilv uses a +4 keen cold iron dagger of Souldrinking when she is forced into melee combat, which is an extreme rarity. A creature slain by the dagger has its soul trapped (no save) in one of the six gems along the hilt, as per Trap the Soul. With her powerful Abyssal connections, Iggwilv can obtain almost any non-epic item within hours and most epic items within days.

Duration: Instantaneous

This spell brings the six fingered demon prince Graz’zt to the Mortal Coil, without any magical items and strips him of his spell-like and supernatural abilities until he returns to The Abyss. If desired, you can draw him into a specially prepared trap as described in planar binding. Due to the loss of his magical powers, Graz’zt is capable of attempting an escape only through a Charisma check which he cannot pass. The Charisma check to break free is DC 40.

Graz’zt can be compelled to perform a service by describing the service and offering a reward. This is identical to lesser planar binding with the exception that performing an indefinite service has no maximum time limit and Graz’zt’s service need not free him from the binding.

If not drawn into a trap, Graz’zt appears before the caller and must be dealt with accordingly. Even without his weapons and magic he is a powerful entity and more than capable of destroying the unwary foe.

Louhi is a queen of the land known as Pohjola, a powerful witch with the ability to change shape and weave mighty enchantments. She is also the main opponent of Väinämöinen and his group in the battle for the magical artifact Sampo in the Kalevala.

She has a number of beautiful daughters, whom Ilmarinen, Lemminkäinen and other heroes attempt to win in various legends. Louhi, in true fairy tale form, sets them difficult to impossible tasks to perform in order to claim such a prize.

She was “adopted” as a child by the witch Baba Yaga. Under Baba Yaga’s tutelage, she grew into a talented spellcaster. She imprisonment the demon lord Fraz-Urb’luu speaking to the imprisoned demon lord, and learned many secrets.

She summoned and imprisoned the demon lord Graz’zt. She managed to seduce the demon lord into helping her with her plans of conquest. When Graz’zt escaped her control. Graz’zt had suggested, maliciously, that Louhi bind demons to use as a living seal against the alarmingly spreading rift to the Abyss beneath Pohjola.

Louhi was caught off guard when the demons attacked her. Weakened by the battle, she was doubly unable to resist Graz’zt‘s subsequent attack of his own. Louhi herself was forced to battle Graz’zt, just barely managing to slay his earthly form, banishing him to the Abyss. As a consequence of this battle, Louhi’s beautiful form was wracked by magic and split into a hideous crone manifestation.

Louhi is said to have two forms, one of which is that of an old crone (said to be her true form), and the other, a human female of dark beauty. In the latter form, Louhi has long black hair and pale skin. It is said none who have seen her in her true form still live. She has been called the the Mother of Witches.
