Voyeur Domain
The Voyeur Domain is a restricted third-party d20-era domain built around remote observation, scrying and sensory magic. In The Book of Erotic Fantasy, it is not a general Cleric choice: it is available to the Voyeuristic Seer or another prestige class selected by the GM.

Edition Applicability
The rules below preserve the published third-party d20-era Voyeur Domain. The source explicitly limits access to the Voyeuristic Seer or another prestige class approved by the GM, so it should not be treated as an unrestricted Cleric domain.

How the Voyeur Domain Plays
This is an information and surveillance domain. Its power comes from seeing what should be hidden, sharing sensations at a distance, locating creatures or places, and eventually projecting domain magic through an existing scrying connection. In an intrigue campaign, that can be more consequential than direct damage.
The Prestige-Class Restriction
The source specifically reserves this domain for the Voyeuristic Seer or another prestige class selected by the GM. There is currently no dedicated Voyeuristic Seer page here, so the restriction is stated rather than replaced with an invented class link.
Alpheus and the Voyeur Domain
The current divine directory associates the domain with Alpheus. That is a campaign assignment; the mechanical access restriction from the source remains separate.
Using Surveillance Magic in Play
Scrying creates immediate political and personal consequences. Wards, false information, counter-scrying and legal or social penalties for magical surveillance give targets meaningful ways to respond and make the domain useful without allowing remote observation to erase every investigation.

Rules Sources and Licensing
The scrying-based granted power, nine-spell progression and prestige-class restriction follow the Voyeur Domain in The Book of Erotic Fantasy by Gwendolyn F. M. Kestrel. This page preserves that source context rather than presenting the domain as an unrestricted core option.
