Cyborg (Victor Stone)

Cyborg (Victor Stone) is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Pérez and first appeared in an insert preview in DC Comics Presents #26 (October 1980). Originally known as a member of the Teen Titans he also established as a founding member of the Justice League in DC’s 2011 reboot of its comic book titles.
Making his live-action debut in the television series Smallville, portrayed by Lee Thompson Young. Ray Fisher portrayed the character in the DC Extended Universe films Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), Justice League (2017), and Zack Snyder’s Justice League (2021) while Joivan Wade portrays Cyborg in the television series Doom Patrol. In animated media, the character was voiced by Khary Payton and Zeno Robinson.

Athletic (Ex): Before becoming a cyborg, Victor was an outstanding athlete. A +1 inherent bonus has been added to Cyborg’s Strength, Dexterity and Constitution. He also gains Endurance and Run as bonus feats.
Auto Repair (Ex): Cyborg’s body is able to make minor repairs of its robotic components. As long as Cyborg has more than 25 WP, he recovers 2 vitality points per round.
Cyborg (Ex): Vic’s body is a mix of human and robotic parts. This provides him with the following abilities.
- -Moderate Fortification (75%)
- -Victor is vulnerable to attacks that target both constructs and humanoids. However, he gains a +5 bonus on saving throws that target only constructs or only organic beings.
Sensors (Ex): Vic has several sensors in his robotic body. He gains a +10 bonus to Listen, Spot and Search checks. He also has Low-Light Vision and Darkvision with a range of 120 ft.
Sonic Cannon (Ex): Vic’s hand can be turned into a sonic cannon. While transformed, he suffers a -4 penalty to slam attack and damage rolls. His sonic blasts deal 8d6 points of sonic damage with a successful ranged touch attack and have a range of 80 ft. Any creature that takes damage must also make a Fortitude save (DC 26) or be stunned for 1d4 rounds. Vic gains a +2 competence bonus to attack rolls with the sonic cannon.
Cyborg can also take a standard attack to affect a 30 ft. cone with the cannon. Creatures in the area take 8d6 points of sonic damage and are stunned for 1 round. A Fortitude save (DC 26) halves the damage and negates the stunning.
Save DCs are Constitution based. Changing his arm into the sonic cannon and back is a move action for Cyborg.
Superstrength Level 1 (Ex):
- +2 melee damage bonus.
- +1 bonus on grapple and bull rush checks.
- Lift capacity x2.
Technical Genius (Ex): Vic is highly proficient in technology-related areas. He receives a +4 bonus on all Computer Use, Craft (electronic), Craft (mechanical), Disable Device, Knowledge (physical sciences), Knowledge (technology) and Repair checks.
He also receives 6+Intelligence skill points per level.
Skills: Cyborg’s distinctive appearance makes him take a -5 penalty to Disguise checks.
