What Remove Sickness Does Not Do
It suppresses symptoms and improves resistance; it does not automatically cure the underlying disease. That distinction matters when the spell expires.
What Changed?
Remove Sickness is a Pathfinder 1e spell. It suppresses nausea and sickness and grants a resistance bonus against disease-related effects; it does not cure the underlying disease automatically.
Using Remove Sickness in Play
Cast it when nausea or sickness is stopping an ally from acting, or before entering an area where disease effects are likely. Remember that suppressed symptoms can return when the spell ends.
