Effect
The spell functions as Plane Shift, but prior familiarity matters. If the caster has previously visited the desired destination, the spell arrives at that precise location instead of depositing the travellers 5 to 500 miles away.
Using Greater Plane Shift
This makes the spell particularly valuable for returning to known planar strongholds, sanctuaries and gateways where ordinary Plane Shift would be too inaccurate.
