Two-Face (Harvey Dent)

‘Two-Face’ formerly District Attorney Harvey Dent (a friend of Bruce Wayne’s), until his latent multiple personality disorder fully took hold when half his face was horrifically scarred, and he became obsessed with committing crimes themed around duality and opposites with all major decisions being determined by a two-headed coin.

Duality
Harvey suffers from an extreme form of bipolar syndrome, also known as manic depression. It is severe enough that his two phases are actually separate personalities. Harvey may also suffer from multiple personality disorder. In any event, the symptoms of his disorder go far beyond normal medical explanations.
Harvey rolls 2d20 and takes the better of his rolls for any save, attack roll, or check.
Harvey must flip his coin before making any major decisions. He must abide by the coin’s choice or become immediately exhausted. If exhausted in this fashion, he also begins taking the lower of the two d20 rolls as mentioned above, rather than the higher. Harvey must make and abide by two consecutive future decisions of the coin in order to remove this penalty.
Possessions
Harvey is usually armed with a pair of handguns and sometimes an automatic rifle.
