Dabble Winter Magic — Legacy Witch Art

Winter Magic is a legacy Witch Art of cold, ice, stillness, scarcity and the hard seasonal power of winter landscapes. It belongs to the preserved d20 Dabble system.

Choose Winter Magic If…

  • You want cold, ice and winter landscapes to define your Witch’s magic.
  • You enjoy control, endurance and hostile-environment themes.
  • You want an Art that suits northern covens, mountain Witches, winter patrons and characters shaped by long seasons of cold.

What it feels like to play: Winter Magic is less about being cruel than being prepared for a world that can be. The Witch understands cold, scarcity and stillness well enough to turn all three into magical tools.

Legacy rules note

Cold Resistance 5, the old alignment prerequisite and the spell list below belong to the preserved d20 Dabble system. Other editions need deliberate conversion.

Winter-workers draw magic from cold, ice, long darkness and the demanding conditions of winter. The original d20 write-up restricts the Art to non-good Witches; campaigns may instead connect it to climate, patronage, survival training or seasonal tradition.

Power: The witch receives Cold resistance 5.
