Scie

The surface of the sea parts open as a magnificent, graceful creature bursts from the depths. It’s serpentine form arches over the waters as two giant wings unfold from its back. Two paws stretch outwards, and a glistening, serrated ridge can be seen on its spine.

Combat

Scie prefer to attack with their saw-like spinal ridge, targeting the hull of a ship if the creature that offended them is on one. Against multiple opponents, scie will usually use their claws and bites, attacking as many foes as possible.

Skills A scie has a +8 racial bonus on any Swim check to perform some special action or avoid a hazard. It can always choose to take 10 on a Swim check, even if rushed or threatened. It can use the run action while swimming, provided it swims in a straight line.
