Queen Inciona is a feared and respected ruler who possesses exceptional magical abilities and a cunning mind.

Her reign has been marked by constant warfare and political maneuvering as she seeks to expand her power and influence over the faerie realm. Despite her reputation as a ruthless and ambitious leader, she is highly respected by her Fomorian subjects, who admire her strength and fear her wrath.

As queen, Inciona is constantly seeking to outmaneuver her enemies and gain an advantage in battle. Her ultimate goal is to create an empire that spans the entirety of the faerie realm, bringing all the other courts and kingdoms under her rule. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Legendary Actions Queen Inciona can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Queen Inciona regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

  • Crushing Wave. Queen Inciona creates a powerful wave of water that crashes down on her enemies. Each creature within 60 feet of her must make a DC 24 Strength saving throw or take 33 (6d10) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and isn’t knocked prone.
