Divine Spellcasting. Andraste is a 30th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 30, +30 to hit with spell attacks). Andraste has the following cleric spells prepared:

Divine Weapon. Andraste wields a flaming longsword that deals an additional 20 (4d10) radiant damage on a hit.
Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If Andraste fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Actions Multiattack. Andraste can use her Frightful Presence. She then makes two longsword attacks.
Flaming Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +30 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 40 (4d10 + 10) slashing damage plus 20 (4d10) radiant damage.
Frightful Presence. Each creature of Andraste’s choice within 120 feet of her and aware of her must succeed on a DC 30 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Divine Strike. Once per turn, when Andraste hits a creature with a weapon attack, she can cause the attack to deal an extra 20 (4d10) radiant damage to the target.
Divine Smite. When Andraste hits a creature with a melee weapon attack, she can expend one spell slot to deal an extra 10 (2d10) radiant damage to the target, plus an extra 10 (2d10) radiant damage for each level of the spell slot above 1st.
Divine Healing. As an action, Andraste can touch a creature and restore 50 hit points to it.
Divine Protection. As a reaction, Andraste can grant a creature within 60 feet resistance to all damage until the end of its next turn.

The region within 1 mile of Andraste’s presence is imbued with divine power. The following effects occur in that area:
- The region is brightly lit at all times, even at night.
- Non-hostile creatures within the region have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks.
- Hostile creatures within the region have disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws.
- Holy water is abundant in the region, and it can be collected easily in containers.
Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Andraste can take a lair action to cause one of the following effects:
- A radiant explosion fills the lair. Each creature within 60 feet of Andraste must make a DC 30 Dexterity saving throw, taking 50 (10d10) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
- Andraste can choose up to three creatures within 120 feet of her and force them to make a DC 30 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a creature is frightened of Andraste for 1 minute.
- The air within the lair becomes charged with divine energy. Until initiative count 20 on the next round, all creatures within 60 feet of Andraste deal an additional 20 radiant damage with their attacks.
Divine Artifact
Andraste possesses the Shield of Myth Drannor, an ancient artifact that was lost for centuries before she recovered it. The shield grants her immunity to all damage from spells of 8th level or lower, and it has the following properties:
- While holding the shield, Andraste can use a bonus action to cast the sanctuary spell on herself.
- The shield has 10 charges, which can be used to cast the following spells (spell save DC 30): banishment (2 charges), circle of power (3 charges), or heal (4 charges). The shield regains 1d4+1 charges daily at dawn.
