Prerequisites: Dexterity 13, Base Will Bonus +4, Ability to cast spells, Combat Casting feat, Dodge feat, Mobility feat.

Benefit: When casting a spell with a casting time no greater than 1 standard action, you can move both before and after casting the spell, provided that your total distance moved is not greater than your speed.
