Metallo is a fictional  supervillain and android who appears in Superman stories published by DC Comics.  Metallo’s trademark is his kryptonite power source, which he often uses as a  weapon against Superman. His traditional identity is John Corben.

Kryptonite Blast As a full round action, Metallo can focus the radiation of his Kryptonite into a blast, dealing 5d6 radiation damage. This has a 200 foot range and requires a ranged touch attack to connect. The attack affects Superman as five rounds of Kryptonite exposure.

Stun Any creature struck by Metallo’s slam attack must make a Fortitude save (DC 44) or be stunned for 1d2 rounds. (1d6 on a critical)

Superspeed Level 4 (Ex) The following benefits are provided from Superspeed level 4:

  • +4 speed bonus to AC, reflex saves and initiative
  • +4 speed bonus to attacks
  • +2 speed bonus to melee damage rolls.
  • Metallo may take 4 extra swift actions each round.
  • Metallo reduces the amount of time to complete an action by 1 step, allowing him to take full round actions as standard actions and move actions as swift actions.
  • Characters with less than Superspeed level 2 are considered flat-footed for the purposes of Metallo’s attacks. Characters with Uncanny Dodge have an effective Superspeed Level equal to their Dexterity modifier for this purpose.
  • When using the run action, Metallo moves at 10x his normal speed.
