Dabble White Magic — Legacy Witch Art
White Magic is a legacy Witch Art of healing, light, blessing, protection and magic used deliberately to preserve life. It belongs to the preserved d20 Dabble system.
Choose White Magic If…
- You want healing, protection and blessing to define your Witch.
- You enjoy supporting allies and keeping the party alive.
- You want a Witch whose ethical choices are reflected directly in the magic used.
What it feels like to play: White Magic works best for a Witch who chooses to protect. The interesting part is not being automatically good; it is repeatedly deciding to spend power on keeping other people safe.
Legacy rules note
This Art uses the preserved d20 Witch rules. Its original prerequisites and spell progression remain below; other editions need a deliberate conversion.

This Art collects healing, light, blessing and protective spells under the legacy label “White Magic.” The original d20 rules restrict it to good-aligned Witches; campaigns may instead judge access by the Witch’s conduct and commitment to protective practice.
Power: Gentle Touch: The witch can heal 2 hit points per level per day; otherwise as a paladin’s Lay on Hands ability.
Spells:
- 0 disrupt undead,
- 1 bless,
- 2 calm emotions,
- 3 daylight,
- 4 primal lightning [d294],
- 5 Dispel Evil,
