Every animal within range of the horn (roughly one mile in every direction) lute and performing well (DC 20 Performance check) the bard has the power to alter the weather around him as if he had cast the spell control weather. He can only manipulate the weather by playing the appropriate music, however powerful, violent music for thunderstorms; slow, sad music for a gentle rain; gentle, soothing music for a soft breeze. The weather instantly reverts to normal when the bard stops playing. The lute functions in this way once per day.
