Effect

The caster projects a violent burst of supernatural hatred into a point within 300 feet. Living creatures in the 90-foot-radius area make a Will save. A creature that fails suffers a –9 penalty on attack rolls, checks and saving throws for the duration.

The original presentation describes the caster wounding themself as part of the spell’s imagery, but the mechanical mitigation listed for development is the XP expenditure rather than backlash damage.

Edition Status

This is third-party 3.x epic-spell material. Modern D&D has no epic spell-development subsystem, and Pathfinder 1e does not treat this as a core spell.
