Effect
An inky draining cloud surrounds the caster. Each round, the caster chooses which ability score the cloud drains or chooses to inflict energy drain instead.
Living creatures in the area make Fortitude saves against the chosen effect. Under the source rules, the spell deals 4d4 points of ability drain or 4d4 negative levels, with a successful save reducing the result by half.
The spell’s extended duration makes it less like a single attack and more like a mobile epic hazard centred on the caster.
The source attributes the spell to Lilith.
Edition Status
This is third-party 3.x epic material. Ability drain and negative levels are legacy mechanics and should not be converted directly into modern Exhaustion without a deliberate house rule.
