Leonard’s Thaumaturgic Boost — Epic Spell
Leonard’s Thaumaturgic Boost is a third-party epic ritual from the Dicefreaks Grimoire of Cosmic Entities Volume One. It stores a long-lasting reservoir of magical force that can raise the saving throw DC of three later spells.

- Increase the save DC of any three later spells by +9: ad hoc +36 DC.
- Make the effect contingent on the caster choosing when to spend each boost: +25 DC.
- Add the legacy Evil descriptor: ad hoc +2 DC.
- Increase duration by 65%: +2 DC.
- Increase casting time by 9 minutes: –18 DC.
- Require two additional casters, each contributing a 5th-level spell slot: –18 DC.
Effect
For 33 hours after the ritual, the primary caster can apply a +9 increase to the saving throw DC of three spells they cast. Each use consumes one of the three stored boosts.
The ritual requires two assisting spellcasters who each sacrifice a 5th-level spell slot during casting. The original presentation uses infernal imagery and Dark Speech, but those details are source flavour rather than additional mechanical factors.
Edition Status
This is third-party 3.x epic-spell material. Modern D&D has no equivalent epic-development system, and a +9 save-DC increase should not be imported into 5e-style bounded accuracy without a deliberate conversion.
