Condemn — Epic Spell
Condemn is a third-party epic spell from the Dicefreaks Grimoire of Cosmic Entities Volume One. It tears a creature’s soul from its body and forcibly transports that soul to a hostile lower plane, leaving the body dead until the soul is recovered.

Effect
The target makes a Will save; the source lists the save DC as 30 + the caster’s relevant spellcasting ability modifier. On a failure, the target’s soul is stripped from the body and transported to the hostile plane designated by the spell’s source framework.
The empty body is effectively dead and begins to decay normally. Recovering the soul can allow the creature to live again, but if the body is allowed to deteriorate too far, stronger restoration magic may be required.
The original Dicefreaks text ties the transported soul to its own infernal cosmology. In the setting, use the appropriate lower plane, outsider court or soul-claiming power rather than treating a single afterlife destination as universal.
Edition Status
This is third-party 3.x epic material. Its soul-separation and planar-claim rules are setting-dependent and not a core modern D&D procedure.
