Tyranny — Epic Spell
Tyranny is a third-party epic charm from the Dicefreaks Grimoire of Cosmic Entities Volume One. It does not remove the target’s ability to refuse; instead, it makes refusal physically punishing until the target begins complying.

Effect
The target first makes a Will save. Success ends the spell immediately.
On failure, the target views the caster’s requests favourably. If asked to do something it would not normally do, it can still refuse—but must then make a Fortitude save at the original DC. Failure causes 4 Constitution damage and a –4 penalty on attacks, checks and saving throws; a successful Fortitude save halves both consequences under the source rules.
The pain remains until the target agrees to the request and begins acting to fulfil it.
Edition Status
This is third-party 3.x epic material. Constitution damage and legacy charm procedures do not map directly to modern D&D.
