Sonic Boom: As a swift action, Zoom may snap his fingers, causing a sonic boom. This deals 10d6 points of sonic damage to everyone in a 30 foot radius (Fortitude DC 23 half). Creatures who take damage must make a Reflex save (DC 23) or be knocked prone.

Temporal Disjunction: Zoom exists outside of normal time. As such, he may make 100 separate full round actions as a swift action every round. He may make 20 immediate actions every round, which can be either a standard action or a move action.

When using the run action, Hunter moves 1000 times his normal rate (30,000 feet).

Zoom ignores defense, Dexterity, dodge and speed bonuses to Armor Class. Deflection and natural armor bonuses apply only to the first of Zoom’s attacks. Zoom’s attacks are totaled before applying damage reduction for the round. For instance, if he were to make ten attacks on Wonder Woman (DR 40/piercing or slashing) in a single round, she would only apply damage reduction to the total damage dealt once, rather than for each separate attack.

Zoom can use the aid another option to aid himself.

Zoom is never flat-footed.

Effects that have a duration affect Zoom normally, however the duration is calculated in his terms, not the world at large. Thus, an effect lasting for 1 minute (10 rounds) would only affect his first 10 full round actions and then wear off. An effect that lasts 10 minutes would affect him for a round, and one that lasts an hour would affect him for 6 full rounds.
