Effect
The spell functions like Reduce Person, but it can affect only a willing animal. Adjust the animal’s size-related statistics and reduce the damage of its natural attacks to match its new size.
Using Reduce Animal
The spell can make a large companion easier to transport, conceal or move through cramped passages while preserving the hour-per-level duration needed for travel.
