Effect
The cloud moves directly away from the caster at 10 feet per round. A creature caught in it takes 2d6 damage and is permanently blinded. A successful Reflex save halves the damage and prevents the blindness.
Creatures inside the cloud have concealment.
Wind
Wind does not change the cloud’s direction or speed. Moderate wind disperses it after 4 rounds; strong wind disperses it after 1 round.
Using Murderous Mist
The spell combines area denial, concealment and a serious secondary effect. Its movement makes placement especially important because the cloud continues away from the caster after it appears.
