How Great Charisma Works

Great Charisma permanently increases Charisma by 1. The feat can be selected repeatedly, and each selection adds another point.

When the Modifier Changes

An ability modifier increases only when the new score crosses the next even-numbered threshold. Raising Charisma from 21 to 22 increases the modifier from +5 to +6, while raising 22 to 23 leaves the modifier at +6 until the score reaches 24.

What Higher Charisma Can Affect

When the modifier increases, Charisma-based skill checks improve, along with class features or spellcasting that use Charisma where the character has them. The exact benefit therefore depends on the character’s classes and abilities as well as the raw score increase.
