Benefit You gain a +4 bonus on all Fortitude saving throws.

What Epic Fortitude Improves

Epic Fortitude adds +4 to every Fortitude saving throw. The bonus applies whenever a Fortitude save is called for, including many poisons, diseases, physical transformations, environmental hazards and other effects that test bodily resilience.

Epic Fortitude Example

An epic character with a Fortitude save bonus of +14 would normally roll 1d20 + 14. Epic Fortitude increases that to 1d20 + 18. Against a DC 30 effect, a roll of 12 reaches 30 and succeeds.

Epic Fortitude vs Great Fortitude

Great Fortitude grants +2 on Fortitude saves, while Epic Fortitude grants +4. Epic Fortitude is an epic feat and is aimed at characters facing the much higher save DCs found in epic-level play.
