The Living Tribunal is a fictional cosmic entity appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character first appeared in Strange Tales #157 (June 1967) and was created by Stan LeeMarie Severin, and Herb Trimpe.

Cosmic Blast: This ray attack has an infinite range. Any effect that would stop the ray is subject to a dispel check (d20 + 175), if it is dispelled the ray continues unimpeded. Any effect that would deflect or reflect the ray instead causes it to explode, dealing its damage in a 300 foot radius. An object struck by the ray is reduced to nothingness if it fails a Fortitude save (DC 142). Alternately, the Tribunal may release this blast as a 10,000 mile cone. The Tribunal may suppress the disintegration effect of the blast.

Alter Reality: Living Tribunal can replicate the effects of any spell from 0-9th level as a swift action. He may replicate the effects of any epic spell with a final Spellcraft DC of 300 as a standard action, and any epic spell with a final Spellcraft DC of 3000 as a full round action. For every additional full round action the Tribunal spends altering reality, he may increase the total Spellcraft DC of the effect by 3000. These effects ignore spell resistance and have a base DC to resist of 142.

Alter Form: The Tribunal may assume any size between Micro-Fine and Macro-Titanic as a standard action. He gains a +10 bonus to Strength for every size category he is above Titanic. His stats remain unchanged when he shrinks. His appearance can also be changed, although he normally does not choose to do so.

Cosmic Awareness: The Tribunal has an effective super speed level of 25 for determining whether or not he is affected by superspeed abilities. Tribunal has an effective divine rank of 25 for determining whether or not he is affected by divine abilities requiring rank checks. Tribunal has an effective skill rank of 75 for determining his untrained skill checks.

Regeneration: Divine damage deals normal damage to the Tribunal.

Spell immunity: The Living Tribunal is immune to any spells that allow spell resistance.
