Spell Resistance: Yes

The spell requires that the caster die within the 2 hours following the spell. Casting the spell requires the caster to wail. Beginning the next morning, all those who heard this scream are affected by the spell bestow curse. All targets have similar curses.

Should the caster somehow be brought back to life, the curses remain in effect. If the caster does not die within two hours of casting the spell, the spell has no effect.
