Lure of Loquacity — Epic Spell
Lure of Loquacity is a third-party epic compulsion from the Dicefreaks Grimoire of Cosmic Entities Volume One. It forces affected creatures to verbalise their thoughts at length, making secrecy, bluffing and rapid speech-based actions extremely difficult.

Effect
Creatures in the area that fail the Will save are compelled to speak their thoughts aloud and to do so at excessive length. Speech-dependent communication and other verbal activities take roughly three times as long under the source rules.
Bluffing becomes effectively impossible while the subject is forced to voice its real thoughts. Diplomacy and Intimidate may also be affected depending on what the subject genuinely thinks and says.
The original source attributes the spell to Murmer, Duke of Philosophy.
Edition Status
This is third-party 3.x epic material. Modern action economy and spellcasting timing do not use the same “three standard actions” procedure, so any modern conversion needs explicit replacement rules.
