Shapechanger. Lawrence Talbot can use his action to polymorph into a wolf-humanoid hybrid or into a wolf, or back into his true humanoid form. His statistics, other than his AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment he is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. He reverts to his true form if he dies.

Lycanthropic Regeneration. Lawrence regains 10 hit points at the start of his turn if he has at least 1 hit point and isn’t in sunlight. If he takes radiant damage or damage from a silvered weapon, this trait doesn’t function at the start of his next turn. If he fails a saving throw against an effect that turns undead, he is paralyzed for 1 minute.

Multiattack. In humanoid form, Lawrence makes two attacks with his rapier. In hybrid form, he can use his claws and make one bite attack as a bonus action.
