This spell enables the character to enhance his special mount’s movement. The mount moves and acts more quickly than normal as if subject to a haste spell, gaining an extra partial action, either before or after its regular action.

The mount also gains a +4 haste bonus to AC,  but it loses this bonus whenever it would lose a Dodge bonus. The mount can jump one and a half times as far as normal.
