Divine Aura. Lahar exudes an aura of fashion, beauty, and grace that extends out to 120 feet. Creatures within the aura have advantage on all Charisma checks and saving throws, and they are immune to being frightened or charmed.

Legendary Resistance (3/day). If Lahar fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Actions.

  • Fashion Blast. Ranged Spell Attack: +20 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 45 (10d8) radiant damage and the target is blinded until the end of Lahar’s next turn.
  • Runway Strut. Lahar moves up to his speed and can move through creatures’ spaces as if they were difficult terrain. Any creature within 5 feet of Lahar at the end of his movement must make a DC 27 Dexterity saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) radiant damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.
  • Fashion Sense (Recharge 5-6). Lahar casts one of the following spells at will: Disguise Self, Alter Self, Invisibility, Fly, or Dimension Door.
  • Fashionable Charm: Lahar charms a creature within 60 feet of him, causing it to regard him as a trusted friend and fashion consultant. The creature is willing to do Lahar’s bidding and obeys his requests to the best of its ability. Lahar can use this ability once per day.
  • Divine Tailor: Lahar creates an outfit or accessory from thin air, using his divine power to imbue it with magical properties. Lahar can create any non-living clothing or accessory, such as a cloak, hat, boots, or gloves. The item has a market value of up to 50,000 gold pieces, and can have up to three magical properties of uncommon, rare, or very rare rarity. The item lasts for 24 hours before it disappears. Lahar can use this ability once per day.
  • Fashion Sense: Lahar gains insight into a creature’s personality and preferences, instantly knowing what style of clothing and accessories would suit it best. Lahar can use this ability as a bonus action.

Legendary Actions.

Lahar can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Lahar regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Fashion Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +20 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 35 (8d8) radiant damage.

Fashion Wardrobe. He summons a group of (1D6) mannequins, each dressed in a different outfit. Each mannequin has AC 26, 150 hit points, and is immune to all damage except for radiant damage. The mannequins last for 1 minute or until they are destroyed.

Fashion Inspiration (Costs 2 Actions). Lahar gives one creature within 30 feet of him inspiration. The creature gains advantage on all ability checks, attack rolls, and saving throws for the next minute.

Lair Actions.

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Lahar takes a lair action. Lahar can’t use the same lair action two rounds in a row.

  • Fashion Show. Lahar creates a runway within 60 feet of him. Any creature that moves along the runway gains 10 feet of movement and advantage on all Charisma checks and saving throws until the end of their next turn.
  • Fashion Trap. Lahar creates an illusionary trap on the ground within 120 feet of him. Any creature that enters the area must make a DC 27 Intelligence saving throw or become restrained as the trap holds them in a stylish and fashionable manner. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
  • Fashion Polymorph. Lahar can polymorph up to three creatures within 60 feet of him into fashionable outfits for 1 minute. While polymorphed, the creatures have an AC of 26 and are immune to all damage except for radiant damage. They also gain a fly speed of 60 feet and can use their action to inspire one creature within 30 feet of them, granting that creature advantage on its next ability check, attack roll, or saving throw.
  • Haute Couture. Lahar summons a group of fashionable outfits within 60 feet of him. Each outfit has AC 20 and 100 hit points. The outfits last for 1 minute or until they are destroyed. Any creature wearing one of these outfits gains resistance to all damage and advantage on all Charisma checks and saving throws.
  • Cinderella: Lahar creates an outfit from thin air and bestows it upon a creature within his lair. The creature gains advantage on Charisma-based ability checks until 12pm while wearing the outfit. Lahar can use this ability once per day.
  • Fashion Statement: Lahar rearranges the surroundings of his lair, decorating it with fabrics and ornaments to his liking. All creatures within 120 feet of Lahar must succeed on a DC 24 Charisma saving throw or be charmed by Lahar for 1 minute as they are awestruck by the fashionable environment.
  • Tailor’s Eye: Lahar scrutinizes the clothing of a creature within his lair, instantly determining its quality, style, and value. Lahar can also discern any enchantments or magical properties of the clothing. Lahar can use this ability at will.

Divine Intervention (Costs 3 Actions). Lahar uses his divine power to intervene in a fashion emergency. He can cast any spell from the cleric spell list or the spell list of a domain he has access to.

The region around Lahar’s lair is affected by his divine presence, which creates the following effects:

  • Creatures within 1 mile of Lahar’s lair have a heightened sense of fashion, and they gain proficiency in the Performance skill.
  • Any building or structure within 1 mile of Lahar’s lair gains a +2 bonus to its AC and is resistant to fire damage.
  • Any creature that dies within 1 mile of Lahar’s lair is transformed into a fashionable outfit, which lasts for 24 hours or until it is destroyed.
  • Any creature that wears a fashion item created by Lahar gains advantage on all Charisma checks and saving throws for 24 hours.
  • Lahar’s lair is a luxurious fashion house, filled with the finest fabrics, jewelry, and accessories. Any creature that spends at least 8 hours within the lair gains inspiration, which they can use to gain advantage on any ability check, attack roll, or saving throw within the next 24 hours.

Channel Divinity: Fashionable Charm

Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to charm a creature with your fashion sense. As an action, choose one creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or be charmed by you for 1 minute. While charmed in this way, the creature is friendly to you and will follow your fashion advice.

Glamorous Wardrobe

At 6th level, you can create a set of clothing that imbues the wearer with a touch of your fashion sense. As an action, you can create a set of clothing that lasts for 8 hours. The clothing can be worn by one creature of your choice, and while wearing the clothing, the creature gains a +2 bonus to Charisma checks and saving throws. Additionally, the clothing can be used as a focus for your spells, allowing you to cast spells that require a material component with a cost of up to 100 gp without actually needing the component.

Potent Spellcasting

Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.

Fashionable Presence

At 17th level, your presence on the battlefield is as much a weapon as any sword or spell. You gain the following benefits:

  • Your movement speed increases by 10 feet.
  • Whenever you move at least 10 feet in a straight line towards a creature, you can use your bonus action to make a melee spell attack against that creature. On a hit, the creature takes radiant damage equal to your Wisdom modifier.
  • You gain proficiency in the Intimidation skill. Additionally, creatures that can see you within 60 feet must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to your spell save DC) or be frightened of you until the end of their next turn. This effect ends early if the creature takes any damage.
