This necklace has eight small black spheres attached to it that can be easily removed (a move-equivalent action).

When removed from the necklace and tossed upon the ground (or any hard surface), the sphere shatters, summoning a demon that remains for 10 rounds. Different spheres summon different kinds of demons. Two of the spheres summon 2d4 dretches, two summon 1 quasit each, one summons 1 succubus, two summon 1 vrock each, and one summons 1 hezrou.
