This spell allows all living creatures in a 90-foot radius to feel of the caster’s hatred and disdain, the center-point being anywhere within 300 feet of the caster. The caster first wounds himself whilst pronouncing woe upon those to be targeted. From his wound, a portion of his hate tears forth, springing towards the target area like lightning the color of blood. Upon reaching the designated epicenter, the missile of hate and oppression explodes, forcing all living creatures within the area to make a Will save or suffer a –9 penalty on attack rolls, checks, and saving throws.
