A charmed creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Heavenly Inspiration (Costs 2 Actions). Xochiquetzal inspires a creature within 60 feet of her. The creature gains advantage on all saving throws and can add 1d4 to any attack roll or saving throw it makes before the end of its next turn.

Celestial Blessing (Costs 3 Actions). Xochiquetzal targets a creature within 60 feet of her and bestows her celestial blessing upon them. The creature gains temporary hit points equal to Xochiquetzal’s Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) at the start of each of its turns for 1 minute.

Lair Actions

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Xochiquetzal takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; she can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Heavenly Petals. Xochiquetzal conjures a shower of colorful petals that fall in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point she can see within 120 feet of her. Any creature in the area when the petals appear or that enters the area for the first time on a turn must succeed on a DC 26 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by her until the start of its next turn.
