• Benefit: Any spell with a casting time of 1 standard action or less can instead be cast with a casting time of 1 full round and a +1 bonus to its Difficulty Class. Spells cast spontaneously or without preparation cannot be protracted. A protracted spell takes up a spell slot of the spell’s normal level.
