Minilla

Minilla (Japanese: ミニラ, Hepburn: Minira) is a kaiju who first appeared in Toho‘s 1967 film Son of Godzilla. It is the adopted son of Godzilla, and is sometimes referenced as Minya in the American dubbed versions.

Minilla is a young member of the same species of monster as the famed Godzilla. Since he seems to share some relationship with that being, some have called him the son of Godzilla. However, it is unknown if the two monsters are actually genetically related.
Minilla now stands about 30 feet tall. He is a reptilian biped. He has not yet developed the heavy, large back plates characteristic of the original Godzilla, or many of that being’s more terrible powers.

COMBAT
Though not as large or powerful as Godzilla himself, Minilla is still a terrifying, implacable foe capable of overpowering all but the very mightiest heroes. His hard scales protect him from many forms of attack, and he can heal from seemingly mortal wounds. His powerful breath can utterly destroy lesser foes.
Breath Weapon (Su): Bolt of atomic energy 80 feet long, once every 1d4 rounds, damage 12d6, Reflex DC 32 half. The damage from this breath weapon is of no elemental or energy type and is not subject to immunities, resistances, or damage reduction. The save DC is Constitution-based.
Roar (Ex): Minilla’s roar can produce a cone of fear-inducing sound 40 feet long. This forces any creature in the cone to make a Will save (DC 28) or be shaken for 2d6 rounds. This is a sonic, mind-affecting fear effect and can be used three times per day. The save DC is Charisma-based.
Regeneration (Ex): Only adamantine or epic weapons or the breath weapons of other creatures of the dragon type deal normal damage to Minilla.
