“Renowned Author” – Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (1859-1930) was a Scottish writer and physician, most famous for his creation of the fictional detective, Sherlock Holmes. Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, Doyle studied medicine at the University of Edinburgh before working as a doctor. He later served as a medical officer during the Boer War in South Africa.

Doyle began writing at a young age, publishing his first story at 20 years old. His most famous work, the Sherlock Holmes series, first appeared in print in 1887 and quickly became a sensation, with readers eagerly anticipating the detective’s next adventure.

In addition to his detective fiction, Doyle also wrote historical novels, plays, and non-fiction works on a variety of subjects, including spirituality, the occult, and fairies.
